1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LabGenda platform. By creating an account or accessing LabGenda, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Use of the service
LabGenda is provided for use by university departments and their affiliated personnel to manage instructional lab scheduling, TA assignments, and coverage coordination. You agree to:
- Use the service only for its intended educational and organizational purposes.
- Not share your account credentials or access with unauthorized individuals.
- Not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the platform or its underlying systems.
- Provide accurate information when creating your account or submitting scheduling data.
3. Accounts and access
Access to LabGenda is granted by invitation from your organization administrator. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Firebase-authenticated account.
4. Intellectual property
LabGenda and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LabGenda and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your organization's scheduling data remains your property.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
LabGenda is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LabGenda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of LabGenda after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
